23rd, 24th and 25th May
The weekend started with the 800m Friday night which was phenominal, setting the pace and standard for the whole weekend!
Our long distance swimmers – brave enough to take the challenge recieved 3 silvers🥈and huge PB’s.
Saturday, as the energy flowed so did the tea and coffee, for our coaches and parents early rise!
There were tough lessons for the swimmers to learn from the weekend regarding technique and skills but lots to gain from, in this tough sport.
“If there is not struggle, there is no progress”
As a team, it was recognised that we have mishaps, but we pick each other back up again and learn from it… this is what this sport and BASC is about! ❤️🩶
Finally, some new Scottish National times were also secured by some of our swimmers, ready for June 🏊♀️ 🙌🏻
