Will and Dan from the top squad have recently been selected to join Swim England North East Region Swimming Camp 2025.
The camp took place this weekend at Sunderland Aqautic Centre.
The camp provided an opportunity for swimmers to work in the pool with 4 of the North Easts leading Head coaches including talks from Senior GB International’s Chris Cook and Aimee Willmott, whose journeys all started in the North East.
The programme creates awareness of Swim England’s culture and its associated talent programmes.
They also experienced workshops on dealing with emotions and anxiety involved in sport.
A brilliant day for all and a great achievement for recognition in the sport for Will and Dan!
